I'm proud to say i've gone to more texas country shows this past year than i've done in my entire life. I thought i'd put this out there so no one is missin' out.

Soo Its been a really long time since I've been on. A year I think? I decided not to join the marines. I did go to MEPs and all that but something personal happened that i'd prefer not to discuss. I have great admiration and respect for them though. It's been a very hard year, but we all survive.

I couldn't figure out how to add a second photo so I am just adding on to really get my point across that I am the only female. At first the guys were kind of shocked to see me there, that was the first time I had met any of the other recruits considering I had moved but chose to keep the same recruiter.

I was supposed to swear in March 31 (which was also my 21 bday) However, due to the fact that meps measured my height at 5'4" 1/2 I have to lose another 12lbs... (its always more) I wasn't the only girl who thought that their "height" was a bit.... henky but I'm beyond questions and arguing so i'm just gonna get it done. That being said: Last night was the USMC recruit family night.

Thanks everyone who expressed their support on my previous blog! The closer I get to getting there, the more people here realize that it wasn't just a line to make me look cool. This is what i want to do.

Today: I am finishing questions for my recuiter to complete my paperwork.
