I just wanted to get an idea of what everyone's favorite guns from the Old West are. My personal favorite is the Colt 45 Peacemaker but then again, who's isn't? So for the sake of conversation and peaking others interests I'll revoke that particular gun for now and go with the Schofield revolver. Nice and sleek, this gun had very nice stopping power and decent recoil.

Beautiful creatures through and through yet extremely dangerous. Why were these great beasts hunted nearly to extinction? Some say natural selection but I disagree. It isn't natural to SLAUGHTER a creature just for sport as many of the early pioneer did. Buffalo are great meat, on that I agree. And their thick hides are more than plenty to keep us warm.

I just wanted to ask everyone, what is your definition of the cowboy way? What does it mean to be a cowboy? It seems like today folks think putting on a Resistol hat and some Ariat boots automatically make them a cowboy but I disagree. To me being a cowboy is a way of life. The way we walk, talk, dress, live our life. The way a man treats a woman.
