I hate flies. I hate flies. I hate flies. Just so that there is no misunderstanding, I hate flies. I hve tried different methods for fly control. But my neighbor on the other side of the fence has about 20 head of cattle and it seems that no matter what I do I can't seem to get the fly thing under control.

I currently use a feed through supplement but that dosen't seem to do that much. I only have 2 horses so the feed through stuff should do the trick. But it dosen't. I am going to the next level. I am going to go out into the pasture with my wheelbarrow and start collecting my horses' manure.

Shouldn't be that bad. I mean, I'll only have to walk all over 6 acres to hunt the stuff down. Should be good exercise right ? Then I can dump it onto the compost pile and next year in the spring I'll have a good soil amendment, right ? It'll be worth it, right ? Jeez, I can hardly wait to get started.
