There are moments in all of our lives when we need to lift our heads up, look around and decide to stop the world as we know it and breath. When is the last time you took a half hour to go to your favorite spot to watch the sun set. Better yet, when is the last time you went looking for a new place to add to your lists of quiet moments.

It does not matter if your living on the largest spread in Texas or in a high raise in New York, we all need times to ponder our past, present and future in order to make adjustments to our ripple effect. Sometimes we just need a place to getaway from everyone and everything to just think of nothing except the beauty of the world around us.

The next time you are up to your ears in who knows what and can't figure a way out. Get on a horse or in your truck and ride off into the sunset for awhile and like this shot, don't forget to turn around and look what the sunset is doing to the world behind you, it is painting it a different shade so we can appreciate it.
