High Plains Western Heritage Center Building & Grounds

The High Plains Western Heritage Center will join in the national recognition of the cowboy, by featuring participants in the up-coming historic 2008 Wagon Train over the Fort Pierre/ Deadwood Freight and Stage Trail. 300 riders and their wagons will make the journey from Fort Pierre starting on July 30th and arrive in Deadwood on August 15th, to celebrate the 100-year Anniversary of the route. A Campfire Series Show and western music will entertain in the afternoon.
