Shoehorn: A.C.'S REGULAR SOUND-OFF ON
THE LATEST IN BOOTS
TWISTED X BOOTS
The buzz at WRCC last November started in a small
booth in the Trappings and Trade show and quickly
reverberated throughout the Amarillo Civic Center.
Directors of WRCA, contestants, and those who came
to watch the ranch rodeo finals were not only buying
these boots, but putting them on and wearing
them.all day and night and the next day and night.
That testament to the comfort and immediate wearability
of Twisted X Boots caused Bob Frazier to pop a
few buttons with swelling pride. It is real cowboys, and
cowgirls, that he designed the boots for. Frazier started
the company in 2005, offering his first collection to
retailers for the fall season that year.
"Keep them doggies smiling; just pull 'em on and
leave 'em on," is the message from Twisted X.
"These boots are made for cowboying and you can
even dance in them if you're unlucky enough to be
stuck in that situation."
And the buzz continues. At trade show earlier this
year, Twisted X captured the prize in the Riding
Footwear category for equestrian retailer innovations.
Twisted X's new women's All Around K Toe Barn
and Riding Boot took the top honors.
