I'm just another run-of-the-mills country boy. I enjoy creative writing, playing the guitar and singing country music, competition cook-offs and any kind of cowboy cooking. I also enjoy riding anything with 4 legs or 2 wheels, fishing for the big cats, and anything that gets a rise out of my girlfriend. (God help me). Oh, and I like sippin' whiskey on the porch on a warm summer night with some good music in the background.

I love country and bluegrass music, preferrably the older classics like Hank Williams, Willie Nelson, George Jones, George Strait, Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings and some of the newer stuff, I love Chris Ledoux, and Brad Paisley.

John Wayne, Clint Eastwood, The Man From Snowy River, 8 Seconds, Lonesome Dove, Dances with Wolves and Tombstone.

John Grisham is my favorite author at the moment.
