The stock is bigger and the cowboys train harder. These are just some of the changes that Bob Robison has seen in rodeo since his first NFR in 1959.

Robinson competed professionally for 14 years, and spent his entire life devoted to rodeo and the Western industry. In 1974, he was a founding creator of the Canadian Finals Rodeo. In 1980, he became one of the first pro officials for the PRCA and in 1982 became their director of rodeo administration.

He was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 2006.
