In celebration of the Working Ranch Cowboys Association’s 20th anniversary, they have commissioned a one-of-a-kind work of art in the form of a 45.70 Henry rifle, which will be awarded to one lucky winner at the 2015 World Championship Ranch Rodeo this November in Amarillo, Texas.

This exquisite firearm has been masterfully engraved by Dale Bass—a veteran Texas Panhandle craftsman who specializes in bits and spurs—and features commemorative 20th anniversary laser work donated by Cedar Mills, of Yukon, Okla. With the rifle comes a beautifully hand-tooled leather scabbard created by Oliver Saddle Shop, Texas’s oldest saddle shop, owned and operated by third and fourth-generation saddle makers in Amarillo.

Raffle tickets are available today for $20 and will be sold through November 14, 2015, when a winner will be drawn at the 2015 World Championship Ranch Rodeo.

Proceeds from the ticket sales will go directly to the Working Ranch Cowboy Foundation, which serves to lend a helping hand to working ranch cowboys and their families in times of need, and also to provide educational opportunities for the ranching community’s next generation of veterinarians, doctors, and ranch managers.
